Last year when I went to Boracay, I was impressed and very satisfied with Soutwest Tours–except on the pick-up time. Our flight back from Kalibo International Airport to Manila is 3pm and I was surprised when they have informed me that standard pick-up is really 6am. Actually, that’s one of the reasons why I didn’t enjoy my 2nd Boracay trip 🙁 When I have booked for our flights as early as June, I made sure that the next Boracay trip won’t be much of a hassle.
I checked from Southwest if they can pick us up on a latter time, but I got no response, so I searched for other sites and I stumbled upon BPHT’s website. I chatted with Ms. Mariel, and she confirmed that pick-up time won’t be that early and they accept payment via Paypal. That time, I have a Paypal balance that I would like to use, but it seems that they are the only one accepting that mode of payment. That moment, I booked a roundtrip transfer service for 3 people right away. It was indeed a very good decision.
Months after I have booked our transfer service with BPHT, I requested for modifications. From True Home Hotel, I have decided to book in Estacio Uno for 3d/2n and La Fiesta for 2d/1n. Within that day, I got my voucher with modifications.
Last week, when we were in NAIA Terminal 4 and we were informed that our flight was delayed, I sent a text message to Ms. Mariel to update her that our plane will be arriving at past 12nn instead of 11:50am. She responded in a few minutes.
Then, a guy approached us and led us to the van (exclusively for us). We felt comfortable and we have managed to take a nap 🙂
We arrived in Estacio Uno at past 3pm.
A day before our flight back to Manila, I received a text message from Airasia that the flight will be delayed. Instead of leaving at 7:20pm, flight will be retimed to 9:40pm. I informed Ms. Mariel about it. I was really impressed on their FLEXIBILITY — instead of picking us up at 2:30pm, it was moved to 4pm.
A few minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, I got another text message from her and we really felt special 🙂
